Call log

Access the full call log for a watch from the left-hand menu under Devices. This is an extended view of the call log available as a tab on the Watch Dashboard. You can export call log data to Excel by clicking the export icon in the upper-right corner of the log table.

Call evaluation

The full call log includes a call evaluation feature you can use to record call quality. Click REPORT to enter an evaluation.

When filling in a call evaluation report, please be as thorough as possible, ideally adding ratings and descriptions from both call perspectives – the watch user and the phone user.

To see completed evaluations, click VIEW. Call evaluation include a star rating and comments.
