Resting heart rate
The resting heart rate chart shows the the watch wearer's heart rate during periods of low or no activity. This is a good indicator of the watch wearer's overall wellness. A higher than normal resting heart rate might, for example, result from onset of an illness or poor sleep.

Resting heart rate is measured and reported in ~10-minute intervals. Gaps in the graph indicate periods of relatively high activity when the measurement is not relevant. Some gaps may be due to missing or inadequate heart rate data due, for example, to the watch being worn too loosely or not at all.
